Pro bono work.

I supported this charity in understanding people who have been bereaved by the suicide of a loved one. I led sensitive and supportive research sessions which helped us to learn about the challenges of opening up about suicide as the person left behind. As part of the research I also tested the Suicide & Co ‘Conversation Guide’ and developed clear recommendations for user-centred improvements.
