Hi, I’m Jenny.

I’m a researcher, design strategist and trauma-informed practitioner

I’ve developed the deep empathy and specialist research toolkit that is required for designing in the trauma space.

I partner with design teams, charities, government organisations and arts / heritage institutions, helping them to deliver trauma-informed services which positively impact their users.

Recently I’ve been leading trauma-informed projects on topics including:

Racism

Infertility

Digital abuse

Vicarious trauma

I have 18 years of experience working with some of the world’s leading design agencies, brands, charities, government organisations and philanthropic foundations.
